A: We're currently offering window cleaning services in Southport, Birkdale, Hillside, Ainsdale, Freshfield and Hightown. Get in touch if your area isn't covered but you'd like us to come to you.

A: If you're not happy with any aspect of the work we have carried out for you then let us know within 24 hours of the work being completed and we'll come back and re-clean for no extra charge until you're satisfied.
Q: How can I pay for window cleaning services?
A: Payment for all services is handled online and none of our window cleaning technicians carry cash. You can choose to pay by debit or credit card or Paypal using our secure payment system. We also accept GooglePay and ApplePay. Your initial clean will be paid for at the time of booking and all subsequent cleans will be invoiced after the work is complete.
Q: When will you clean my windows?
A: When you book an initial clean you can let us know your preferred initial clean date, if you have one. If your preferred date isn't available we'Il offer an alternative date. If you don't have a preferred date then we'll offer you the next available space. If the date offered isn't suitable then we will be happy to offer a further alternative date or a full refund. We'll also remind you by email 24 hours before we are due to arrive for all further cleans so you can be sure to keep your windows closed and your access routes open.
Q: Do you still clean windows in poor weather?
A: Yes. The evaporated water that falls as rain does not contain the same amount of calcium and dissolved minerals as the water that comes out of your tap, so its won’t leave anywhere near the spotting and marks that you would find if you washed the glass off with your garden hose. We will still clean your windows if it's raining and we think you'll be happy with the result.
Q: How do I cancel my window cleaning service?
A: If you'd like us to stop cleaning your windows then please let us know. There is no minimum term and you can cancel at any time up to 48 hours before your next clean is due to be carried out.
Q: I'm not happy with the service I received, what should I do?
A: If you're not happy with the service you've received from us then please let us know. We offer a 24 hour 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our work. Let us know if you're not happy within 24 hours of the job being completed and we'll come back and clean your windows again until you are.
