Q: How much do window cleaning services cost?

A: Your window cleaning will cost £12.99 for a 4 weekly cleaning frequency, no matter of the size of your house. We'll clean all your windows, frames, sills and doors for a single low price. We'll even include your conservatory too!

Q: How does your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee work?

A: If you're not happy with any aspect of the work we have carried out for you then let us know within 24 hours of the work being completed and we'll come back and re-clean for no extra charge until you're satisfied.

Q: How can I pay for window cleaning services?

A: Payment for all services is handled online and none of our window cleaning technicians carry cash. You can choose to pay by debit or credit card or Paypal using our secure payment system. Your initial clean will be paid for at the time of booking and all subsequent cleans will be charged after the work is complete.

Q: Why do I have to pay for an initial clean upfront?

A: We ask for your first clean to be paid for up front so that we can be sure that you're happy and able to pay through our online system. Using an online only system allows us to offer cheaper prices, more convenience to our customers and allows you to pay from a location thats convenient to you, on any device you are already using. It also offers us both our customers and ourselves protection from fraud.

Q: Do I need to book further cleans online?

A: You'll only need to pay for your first clean before the work is complete, so you won't need to book further cleans before we will carry out work. From your second clean onwards we'll send you an invoice via email once work is complete, which is due immediately. You'll be able to checkout online via the website in the usual manner by clicking the button and going through checkout.

Q: When will you clean my windows?

A: When you book an initial clean you can let us know your preferred cleaning date (if you have one). We'll let you know within 24 hours if that date is possible or offer you the next available date if your preferred date is not available. If the date offered isn't suitable then we will be happy to offer an alternative or a full refund.

We'll remind you by email 24 hours before we are due to arrive for every clean so you can be sure to keep your windows closed and your access routes open.

Q: Do you still clean windows in poor weather?

A: Yes. The evaporated water that falls as rain does not contain the same amount of calcium and dissolved minerals as the water that comes out of your tap, so its won’t leave the spotting and marks that you would find if you washed the glass off with your garden hose. We will still clean your windows if it's raining and we think you'll be happy with the result.

Q: How do I cancel my service?

A: If you'd like us to stop cleaning your windows then please let us know a minimum of 48 hours before we're due to clean your windows again. There is no minimum term and you can cancel at any time up to 48 hours before your next clean is due to be carried out.

Q: Can I have a different cleaning frequency?

A: We offer cleaning frequencies of 4 and 8 weekly services. If you want to change at any time, all you need to do is let us know by email and we'll update your details.

Q: I'm not happy with the service I received, what should I do?

A: If you're not happy with the service you've received from us then please let us know. We offer a 24 hour 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our work. Let us know if you're not happy within 24 hours of the job being completed and we'll come back and clean your windows again until you are.
